    We aim to help patients acquire skills and confidence in managing their own diabetes
    condition, so that they may live healthy lives.

    Our Diabetes Education Program includes the guidance of licensed nutritionists, dietitians, and
    nursing professionals who offer individual evaluations and group orientations.

    A diabetes diagnosis can be overwhelming.

    For this reason, our Education Program focuses on
    informing each patient about their condition, to help
    them achieve a better quality of life.

    The Diabetes Education Program includes:

    An initial evaluation, follow-up, and educational lecture, provided by:
