HOW TO KNOW IF YOU NEED
A SLEEP STUDY

Answer the following questions to see if a sleep study
might be right for you:

  • Do you make noises when you sleep?
  • Do you wake up suddenly gasping for air or have difficulty breathing?
  • Do you take naps, get sleepy during the day, or fall asleep at inappropriate places during the day?
  • Do you suffer from high blood pressure or any cardiovascular issue?
  • Do you wake up in the morning with a headache?
  • Do you wake up frequently throughout the night or have difficulty falling asleep?
  • Do you feel tired, lethargic, or have difficulty focusing?
  • Do you suffer from untreated diabetes?

If you answered yes to two or more of these questions, consult your physician — you may benefit from a test at our Sleep Clinic, where we will help you recover the quality of your sleep and address related health issues.

  • Brain waves
  • Cardiac rhythm

  • Breathing
  • Snoring
  • Limb movement
  • Muscle tone, as well as other physiological parameters

These measurements will help us achieve a full diagnosis to
then take steps towards a better quality of life.
