What happens during a sleep study?

During a sleep study (polysomnogram), you spend the night at the sleep lab to measure brain waves, heart rhythm, oxygenation, breathing, snoring, limb movements, muscular tonicity, among others physiological parameters. These tests help us identify different sleep disorders to assist your doctor in his diagnosis and improve your quality of life.

We have health professionals who’ll take care of your sleep.
